Service Description: 20190909-doig: updated proposed outfall screening layer. removed other layers from the map service. 20190311-doig: republished map without reference scale. 20190215-doig: set reference scale to 12,000 for jim to test. 20190128-doig: added layer for industrial inspections. 20180612-doig: created weekend enforcement group layer with recent water quality investigations and parcel layer that shows construction sites visited as part of May 2018 weekend enforcement. 20180502-doig: added layer for active building permits. 20171129-doig: updated query for ambient monitoring site. no changes made to symbology or visible scale range. 20171114-KH: Kelly updated the map service to show the 2017-2018 proposed outfall screenings. 20170920-doig: Kelly updated the map service because the connection to 2017 Proposed Screening was broken. 20160721-mcknight:Removed "Utility Crossings" layers. These will be placed into the main PublicWorks map service instead. Map service is designed to be used by staff handling water quality investigations. Includes water, sewer, and storm infrastructure layers, and general background layers (streets, parcels, topo, projects, city limits, streams and creeks, etc.). Also pulls dynamically from the water quality investigations database to display sewer spill and previous water quality investigation locations.
